Depending on the type of issue you can raise with Xchanging, LMA or ECF group key contacts.For system performance issues please raise with Xchanging service centre. A quick link to raise a call with the service centre is available within the website.For process and technical issues please raise with one of the ECF key contacts and / or your syndicate / company ECF representative.
